Veterinary Assistant

The Animal Emergency Centre is looking for staff to fill the role of Veterinary Assistant.

Position Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience working with animals and will ideally have completed some formal veterinary nursing education. 
• Experience in after-hours veterinary emergency preferred.
• Cantonese and English language skills.
• Drivers license preferred but not essential.

What We Provide

• All staff employed by the Animal Emergency Centre will take part in extensive training, both in house and externally. 
• A supportive and caring team environment.
• Only four shifts per week.
• The position is a night time only role.
• Generous salary (between $16k-$22k per month) plus monthly performance bonuses of up to $4k are awarded to all staff.  We also pay a thirteenth month salary.
